| We will visit your property once a week to check on it and air the rooms carefully; run all taps and flush the toilets, water the plants. We look for vermin, if any, and detect dampness so it can be repaired soon. We also check kitchen appliances and turn ON/OFF A/C devices whenever the client wants, especially upon arrival. We can also offer cleaning services before arrival, switching the fridge and A/C on, make beds and buying a welcome pack, this means preparing the house for you, making it homely when you arrive so that you do not have to start working before unpacking your suitcase.
Our Property Management Pack includes this weekly visit, making beds and turning any appliance before arrival. Our cleaning, laundry and welcome packs are billed separately according to each clients needs.
